Daniela Camoin

Daniela Camoin is a psychotherapist, life coach and mindfulness educator. She is a qualified youth and community worker having read for a BA and MA in Youth and Community Studies from the University of Malta. For several years she worked with children and young people, both locally and abroad, by facilitating youth groups and empowering children and youth to fulfil their full potential.
Daniela then branched out and obtained a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching with the Coaching Academy in the UK. One of her specialities is parent coaching and in fact, she is also a parent educator and founder of Happy Parent, organising several events and activities throughout the year for both parent and child. The most popular activity is the parent-child weekend which is aimed for the parent and child to have fun and quality time together, away from the chaos of everyday life.
She has recently launched her first product, the 101 Table Conversation Starters. This set of cards is aimed to bring families to connect at the dinner table, but not only. These cards can in fact be used during any occasion, or any time of the day to build stronger bonds with our families in a fun way.
Daniela is also Reality Therapy Certified (UK) and a Gestalt Psychotherapist (GPTIM). This technique focuses on the individual’s experience in the present moment and all the contexts within the person’s lives that are effecting their wellbeing. Throughout the past years she has worked with several adults from various walks of life, including prison and working on issues such as addiction, anger management, stress, self-esteem, time management, parenting and relationships.
Finally, she is also a Mindfulness Educator and organises regular life skills and mindfulness sessions for children as well as mindfulness for mothers.
Daniela loves laughing, dreaming, creating, reading, travelling, photography and simply being positive about life and the people who surround her! She is married to Frank and they have two children, Michela and Max.
