Dr. Irina Matveikova is a highly accomplished medical professional with twenty-five years of experience practicing personalized medicine rooted in the fundamentals of Functional and Preventive Medicine. She is a fully certified MD professional in Functional Medicine from the Institute for Functional Medicine, Cleveland Clinic, USA, and is a Licensed MD in Family Medicine & General Surgery. Dr. Matveikova is further specialized in Endocrinology and Clinical Nutrition, having also completed multiple courses in Natural Sciences.

Her medical journey began around 1995 with a leading position in the pharmaceutical industry in France, followed by a focus on Endocrinology, Diabetology, and Thyroid health in hospital practice and research. She then turned her primary attention to the Public Health Care System in Spain while simultaneously studying Natural Health Sciences, Phytomedicine, Psychology, and Spiritual Sciences in the US and Argentina.

Her extensive experience includes research and a focus on Neurodiversity and Children’s Health in Spain and Canada, and working in a Functional Medicine hospital practice focused on Digestive Health and the Microbiome. She has developed the Salud 10 Functional Medicine Unit in Palma de Mallorca, with a focus on Hormonal and Digestive Health, and the niumee Functional Medicine Unit in Malta. Her work emphasizes comprehensive innovative diagnostics and treatments, with a special focus on lifestyle changes, hormonal health, and the Microbiome.

Dr. Matveikova is a devoted practitioner of science-based personalized medicine, known for her systemic approach to global health and focusing on the root cause of problems.
