Sara is a qualified Nutritional Therapist (BSc Hons.) and behaviour change coach, with a  special interest in supporting her clients through hormonal imbalances, gut health  concerns and the intricate connection between food, mood and mental well-being.  Through one-to-one consultations, tailored programmes and workshops, she helps  people build sustainable, balanced habits that enhance how they feel and support long term health. 

Her approach is grounded in a functional medicine framework—seeing each client as a  whole person and combining science-backed nutrition and lifestyle strategies with an  understanding of how stress, sleep, environment and emotional and behavioural  patterns influence both body and mind. 

With over six years of clinical experience and more than 600 hours of continual  professional development, Sara is dedicated to helping her clients transform their  health through bespoke nutrition and lifestyle programmes. Her ultimate aim is to make  nutrition feel empowering, joyful, tasty and practical
