This product is used alongside the CeraLashTints during professional LVL treatments when the tint is not being mixed with the fix, to create beautifully fuller-looking lashes. Containing 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, it has been specifically formulated to activate the colour molecules in our CeraLashTint range when being used as a standalone treatment step.
Tint Developer opens the cuticle layer of the natural lash, allowing tint molecules to penetrate deep into the cortex for intense colour and shine.
Using our classic lash tints? Opt for the original Tint Developer, formulated with 2% Hydrogen Peroxide.
